A page will not save
Pin This Page works on regular HTTP and HTTPS webpages. Chrome pages, the Chrome Web Store, the built-in PDF viewer, incognito pages and recognized banking, health or sign-in pages are excluded. Reload the page once after installing or updating the extension.
A saved place is slightly off
The extension first looks for the saved words, then a stable page element, then the saved scroll position. Pages that replace or hide their content can prevent an exact match. Wait for the page to finish loading, then open the place again.
A reminder did not appear
Check that notifications are allowed for Chrome in your operating system. The saved-place card still shows when a reminder is due even if the operating system suppresses the desktop notification.
Your saved data
Open Settings in the extension to export all saved places as JSON or permanently delete the library. Removing the extension also removes its local browser storage.

Include your Chrome version, the page address and what you expected to happen. Do not send passwords, payment information or private page content.
